Brokerage Representative

About the role

This role is onsite at our Jeffersonville, IN location. The position involves working with vendors for outsourced work to ensure quality service and on-time performance, entering outsourced work, handling invoicing and shipping issues, and performing various order-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mark up orders and check MICR specs
• Review all order information
• Enter and verify outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system
• Communicate with vendors and other internal departments
• Complete logs and reports daily
• Handle faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, and typing of quotes
• Enter holds in MINQ frequently

Requirements

• Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
• Knowledge of paper types and inks is a bonus
• Knowledge of plant-produced products and check-side products is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as a team player

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
