Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers.
- Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager.
- Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update the department’s process manual.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration is required.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
- Able to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
