Job Responsibilities
- Affords operational support by executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations.
- Safeguards the implementation and enhancement of operational procedures.
- Collaborates with brokers to prepare documents, cover letters, and other marketing materials for renewal business.
- Provides necessary administrative support in document filing, printing, and archiving.
- Maintains accurate and organized records of client accounts, transactions, and other relevant documentation while ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations.
- Contributes to customer service by answering broker requests and questions via various means.
- Prepares compliance reports related to brokerage operations and collaborates with broker and finance teams on business requirements.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, assisting in the preparation of compliance reports.
- Identifies and mitigates operational risks, collaborating with risk management teams to implement controls.
- Supports the Brokerage team with any ad hoc tasks and requests.
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred.
- Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
- Possession of prescribed minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses.
- No preferred certifications listed.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting.
- Education in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred.
- Other related disciplines or equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum state P&C and/or surplus line licenses required.
- No preferred certifications mentioned.

Pay
The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The wage range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
