Broadway In Boston Representative

Summary

The Broadway In Boston Representative is a customer service professional and patron liaison at Broadway engagements. This role manages the Broadway In Boston Information Table at every performance, greeting patrons with an outgoing and engaging presence, answering frequently asked questions, and encouraging ticket purchases for the 2026-2027 Lexus Broadway In Boston season.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a model representation of the Broadway In Boston brand at shows
• Engage with patrons attending Broadway performances
• Answer patron questions about Broadway In Boston, the current season, and the season subscription program

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Experience in patron-facing customer service roles.

Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.

• Possess a strong knowledge of theater and Broadway, as well as the Lexus Broadway In Boston season

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Use digital technology (iPad)

Work Environment

• Occasionally exposed to a busy and congested environment
• Noise level is usually moderate to loud

Schedule

• Nights and weekends during the 2026-2027 season shows
• Availability for all or most performances is preferred
• Engagements at the Citizens Opera House or Emerson Colonial Theatre in Downtown Boston
• Availability on nights and weekends is required

Pay

$18.50/hour
