Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy: Partner with the Technical Operations team to architect and implement innovative on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based production systems for enterprise-level experiences.
- Lead Technical Success: Participate in cross-team training and technical knowledge sharing while supporting day-to-day studio operations.
- Drive Broadcast Excellence: Oversee technical planning, encoder validation, and lead live test broadcasts.
- Hands-on Systems Work: Configure, maintain, and integrate essential studio technologies—including Grass Valley, Calrec, and AIMedia systems—to ensure seamless operation.
- Cloud Innovation: Support the expansion of control room functions into the cloud (AWS, AWS Elemental MediaLive), boosting scalability and compliance for our client.
- Collaborate for Impact: Be a technical consultant to post-production, creative, and production teams—integrating new workflows and features that keep us at the forefront.
- Problem Solve: Quickly triage, summarize and prioritize technical concerns, aligning future solutions and guaranteeing world-class live broadcasts.

Nice to Have
- IP networking and SMPTE 2110 experience
- Demonstrated team collaboration and leadership
- Background in automated/non-automated material handling systems
Work Schedule
Full-time, On-site
Call times are typically standard business hours for streams, with occasional early or late starts; occasional weekends

$146,705 - $166,400
