Bring Joy to Hospice Patients with Pet Therapy

Residential Hospice is seeking volunteers with certified pet therapy dogs to visit our patients on Hospice care.

• Purpose: Utilize the natural bond between humans and animals to bring joy, humor, love, and companionship to those on the end-of-life journey.
• Benefits: Reduces feelings of loneliness and anxiety for patients and encourages socialization.

This opportunity allows you to witness the amazing impact a dog can have on the lives of others and gives your dog important work to do, where it will receive lots of loving attention.

Requirements: Must have a certified pet therapy dog.
