Bridges to Success Metro West is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and provide vital support to adults with physical and mental disabilities. Located in Hutchinson, the position offers flexible, variable part-time hours based on staff availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, clean MVR, and auto insurance (personal vehicle required for client transport)
• Working mobile device capable of calls and documentation apps
• Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Check

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) OR
• Associate's Degree in a Social Services Discipline OR
• Two years (4,174 hours) of supervised experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, co-occurring mental disorders, or neurocognitive disorders
