Paid Time Off

Responsibilities
- Transport guest's equipment and/or direct guests to appropriate areas
- Communicates with staff at golf shop, practice tee and starter to insure smooth flow of services to our guests
- Maintain a clean, fully functional practice facility
- Aids the golf shop cast members with distribution of rental clubs
- Maintain a clean fully functional bag storage facility and ensure that all bags are properly tagged and checked-in
- Clean golfing guest's equipment (primarily golf clubs) after their round and assist in loading them in the appropriate vehicle
- Maintain a clean, fully functional golf car operation ensuring that each golfing guest receives a golf car that is in proper working order, safe, and prepared with all of the appropriate amenities
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- Knowledge of golf
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
