We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We need to extract: - About the role: maybe "About The Indiana Department Of Transportation" and "Work for Indiana Begin a fulfilling career..."? The posting includes introductory paragraph about State of Indiana, then "About The Indiana Department Of Transportation". That could be "About the role" or "About the department". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - Intro: "Work for Indiana Begin a fulfilling career with the State of Indiana by joining one of the largest employers in the state, offering a range of opportunities across 60+ agencies. At the state, you'll find competitive compensation, a robust benefits package and a commitment to work-life balance. Most importantly, you'll have the chance to make a real and measurable impact on the lives of Hoosiers across Indiana." That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is generic. We'll put that under

About the role

. - Then "About The Indiana Department Of Transportation" content: description of INDOT. Could also be part of About the role or maybe separate? But we only have limited headings. Could combine into About the role. - Then "Role Overview": details about position, duties, etc. That could be Responsibilities. - Then "Bridge Inspection Area Engineer Duties": list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Then "This position is classified as a Highway Engineer Supervisor 4 at INDOT and below describes this classification:" then "Location: This position is with INDOT's Cloverdale Sub-District." That's location metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe. - Then "Salary": "The salary for this position traditionally starts at $85,020.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package." This is Pay info. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary start. So we include

Pay

with that content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with education and work experience" is okay? It's not placeholder like "not specified". It's actual statement. So we can include. - Then "A Day In The Life": description of essential functions. Could be Responsibilities or maybe Qualifications? It's more about duties. Could be part of Responsibilities. - Then "What You'll Need For Success": list of requirements. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to split maybe into Requirements (license, driver's license), Qualifications (experience, education), Skills (knowledge, abilities). We'll decide. - Then "Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports": brief statement. Could be part of Responsibilities. - Then "Benefits Of Employment With The State Of Indiana": list of benefits. That's Benefits section. - Then EEO boilerplate: remove. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include sections with filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" is okay? It's not placeholder like "not specified". It's actual statement. So Pay section okay. Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into lists. Let's extract sections: **About the role** (intro + INDOT description): Paragraph: "Work for Indiana Begin a fulfilling career with the State of Indiana by joining one of the largest employers in the state, offering a range of opportunities across 60+ agencies. At the state, you'll find competitive compensation, a robust benefits package and a commitment to work-life balance. Most importantly, you'll have the chance to make a real and measurable impact on the lives of Hoosiers across Indiana." Then "About The Indiana Department Of Transportation The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) provides a dynamic workplace that serves Indiana citizens, improves our state’s quality of life, and enhances its economic opportunity. INDOT has a number of innovative programs and projects, including Public-Private Partnerships, Green Initiatives, and cutting-edge uses of materials and assets. As part of the State of Indiana, INDOT offers a competitive total compensation package, as well as outstanding work/life balance. Whether you are an established professional in the transportation field or just starting your career, INDOT has exciting and challenging opportunities for you." We'll combine into a few paragraphs. **Responsibilities**: includes Role Overview, Bridge Inspection Area Engineer Duties, A Day In The Life, Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports, Location maybe. We need to list duties as

    • . The Role Overview is prose; we can put as

. The duties list is explicit bullet-like sentences each starting with a verb. We'll make a

. The "A Day In The Life" is also prose describing essential functions; could be

. Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: short sentence. Location: "Location: This position is with INDOT's Cloverdale Sub-District." Could be a

. **Requirements**: maybe license and driver's license. **Qualifications**: experience, education, etc. **Skills**: knowledge of various computer applications, traffic operations analysis, etc., abilities. We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse "What You'll Need For Success": "Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following: - Registered Professional Engineers license in Indiana required. - Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license. - Broad knowledge of civil/transportation disciplines. - Understanding of department design standards, policies, and practices. - Understanding of the NEPA and NHPA processes. - Knowledge of various computer applications such as CAD, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling. - Knowledge of various forms of traffic operations analysis such as capacity analysis and crash analysis. - Knowledge of alternatives development, decision-making, and engineering economic analysis. - Must be able to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications, define problems, collect appropriate data, establish facts, define, and communicate with stakeholders and draw valid engineering solutions. - Must be able to handle routine and sensitive contacts with government officials, consulting firms/contractors and the public. - Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations. - Ability to plan and develop engineering projects with unique or controversial problems and/or novel engineering related concepts and approaches. - A degree is not required. However, at least four (4) years of professional experience in engineering, civil engineering, transportation research, or a closely related field. - Two (2) years of experience as a group or project leader providing work direction and training to engineering technicians and/or lower-level engineers, or two (2) years experience in conducting engineering-related research applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered. - Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation." We need to split into Requirements (license, driver's license), Qualifications (experience, education), Skills (knowledge, abilities). But the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. Thus: - Requirements: Registered Professional Engineers license in Indiana required; Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license. - Qualifications: A degree is not required. However, at least four (4) years of professional experience in engineering, civil engineering, transportation research, or a closely related field. Two (2) years of experience as a group or project leader providing work direction and training to engineering technicians and/or lower-level engineers, or two (2) years experience in conducting engineering-related research applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered. - Skills: Broad knowledge of civil/transportation disciplines; Understanding of department design standards, policies, and practices; Understanding of the NEPA and NHPA processes; Knowledge of various computer applications such as CAD, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling; Knowledge of various forms of traffic operations analysis such as capacity analysis and crash analysis; Knowledge of alternatives development, decision-making, and engineering economic analysis; Must be able to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications, define problems, collect appropriate data, establish facts, define, and communicate with stakeholders and draw valid engineering solutions; Must be able to handle routine and sensitive contacts with government officials, consulting firms/contractors and the public; Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations; Ability to plan and develop engineering projects with unique or controversial problems and/or novel engineering related concepts and approaches; Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. We could also include supervisory responsibilities as part of Responsibilities. Now Benefits: list from "Benefits Of Employment With The State Of Indiana". We'll make

        • . Pay: salary start $85,020.00, may be commensurate with education and work experience, mention Compensation Calculator. Schedule: not mentioned, omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. We also need to exclude duplicated lines. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
