Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of bridge design and analysis experience (PennDOT is a plus)
- Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design specifications
- Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) is a plus
