About the role

The Bridge Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure bridges within the region. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of bridge construction projects
  • Manage relationships with contractors and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bridge construction and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of bridge design and construction techniques
