Bridge Construction Piledriver Foreman

Job Requirements

Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.

Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.

Member of a Local Carpenters/Piledriver Union, or willing to become a union member.

Qualifications

Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, hours.
• Management and safety of the personnel on his/her crew.
• Safety of the public and ensuring regulatory measures are maintained.
• Coordinating and supervising activities of one or more crews.
• Allotting crews to their respective duties.
• Ensuring crews have the appropriate training and tools for accurate job execution.
• Assessing the most efficient way to complete a job without sacrificing safety or quality.

Projects will vary by location, requiring reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site as needed. Primary focus is located in Hannibal, MO (Northeast Missouri).
