Bridge CAD Manager

Job Description

THESE ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BRIDGE CAD TECHNICIAN MANAGER:

• Utilize a CAD workstation to develop and prepare engineering drawings related to various land surveying projects.
• Work closely with engineers and other designers to ensure coordinated design systems.
• Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant drafting experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team
• Proficient in the use of Microstation or other roadway design software (Geopak, InRoads, Civil 3D)
• Experience in INDOT road plan development utilizing OpenRoads Software is a plus
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other co-workers and clients
