About the role

Handling bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and ceremony attire is also part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fittings for wedding gowns
• Customize gowns including hemming, side seams, bodice shaping, neckline adjustments, and sleeve modifications
• Create bustles tailored to the dress design and the bride's preference
• Handle bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and ceremony attire
• Guide brides through the process, explaining timelines and expectations

Requirements

• Demonstrated bridal alteration experience (portfolio or references welcome)
• Confidence working with high-value gowns and the patience to fit them properly
• A strong customer-facing presence, helping brides feel at ease
• A reliable workspace with adequate space for fitting and steaming
