Key Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units according to project specifications.
- Mix and apply mortar, ensuring consistency and proper bonding.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine layout and materials needed.
- Cut, shape, and align materials with precision for a clean finish.
- Repair and restore existing masonry structures as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times.
- Collaborate with foremen, crew members, and project managers to meet schedules and production goals.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a bricklayer or journeyman mason.
- Strong technical skills in laying brick, block, and other masonry materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding work, including lifting 50lbs+ and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- No formal education required; training and experience are valued most.

Schedule
Full-Time: Monday - Friday
Overtime and weekend work as needed based on project demands
Location
Primary Work Location: On-site at various project locations.
Travel may be required depending on assignments; per diem provided.
