Brick Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom by assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, knowing and abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.50 to $21.50, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
