Responsibilities

• Cultivate kindness and make every day great for guests.
• Prepare delicious drinks quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Consistently exceed expectations and solve problems proactively.
• Converse with customers to confirm orders and accurately enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Collect payments and correctly count change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes with a sense of urgency.
• Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow periods, and pitch in to help the team.
• Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language.
• Know the menu and drink offerings inside and out; suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Maintain personal hygiene, clean appearance, and appropriate dress for the assigned position.
• Follow shift‑change duties, checklists, and weekly chores; execute tasks as needed.
• Be clocked in and ready to work at the assigned start time.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Comfort working carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Willingness to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand on feet for hours.
• Capability to climb and use a stepladder.
• Flexibility to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed for stocking and cleaning.
• Ability to safely navigate the drive‑through line and use a utility knife.
• Quick and clean operation of any position during peak hours.
• Awareness of shift operations while working.
• Assertive yet gracious communication to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues.
• Adaptability to problems and implementation of solutions in stressful situations.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule that may include early mornings (as early as 5 a.m.) and late nights (up to 11:30 p.m.).
• Regular weekend work and availability for holidays as needed.
• Follows company procedure for communicating time‑off requests.
