Brew Brothers Server (Part-Time)

About the role

Brew Brothers Servers provide friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, upscale service consistently to guests. You must be willing to support fellow servers while maintaining precise and coordinated team responsibilities with back-of-house team members.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of both front and back of house
• Replenish dining room items (e.g., salt/pepper, ketchup)
• Bus tables and clean up in other areas as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• One year of experience in a food service or retail position, preferably in Food & Beverage working directly with customers
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and neat appearance
• Commitment to 100% customer service
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale device, basic computer literacy, and required math skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work in a noisy environment and tolerate exposure to smoke/secondary smoke
• Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Must pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
