About the role

The Brew Brothers Host position involves greeting guests, taking orders, and performing basic cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Prepare light food items such as nachos and pretzels
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Replenish supplies (condiments, napkins, etc.)
• Maintain a clean work area and disinfect tables
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and neat appearance
• Commitment to 100% customer service
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• May be exposed to noisy, smoke, or secondary smoke environments
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Must pass a background investigation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for extended periods
• Able to work from a standing position or walking motion for extended periods
• Able to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
