About the role

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Breast Surgery to join our growing team and expand access to comprehensive breast care in East Orlando. This is an employed opportunity within a highly collaborative, physician-led organization.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated block time in the Operating Room
• Established Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic
• Office conveniently located on the hospital campus
• Robust marketing and referral development support
• Full operational and administrative support to maximize clinical focus
• Opportunity to partner closely with campus and medical group leadership in shaping program development, advancing specialty care growth, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to better serve the East Orlando community

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required)
• Board Certification in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• Prior breast surgery experience preferred
