Breast Radiologist Opportunity | $600,000 with Earning Potential Above $900,000 | Nashville, TN

Radiology Partners is seeking full-time and part-time Breast Radiologists to support its practices in the greater Nashville area. All aspects of breast imaging, including screening exams, are interpreted exclusively by the breast section in our highly subspecialized model.

About the role

The ideal candidate will focus on dedicated breast imaging, including ultrasound, stereo, and MRI-guided breast biopsies. A collaborative approach with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists is essential. General diagnostic imaging shifts may also be available based on practice needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of the practice in Breast Imaging, contributing subject matter expertise to various committees.
• Primarily interpret mammography and assist with the general hospital worklist as capacity allows, focusing on ultrasound, X-ray, and STAT CT.
• Perform breast procedures, including:
  • Cyst aspiration
  • Biopsies (US and Stereotactic guided)
  • Axillary node biopsy
  • Wire localization
• Interpret Tomosynthesis Mammograms (Screening and Diagnostic).
• Interpret Women’s Imaging Ultrasound.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
• One-year post-residency fellowship in Breast Imaging (required).
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Licensed or able to be licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Breast MRI.
• Experience performing MR-guided biopsies.
• Experience with lymphoscintigraphy.

Pay

Salary range: $600,000–$900,000, with earning potential above this range. Final compensation varies based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
