Breast Imaging Radiologist

About the role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and supportive department at UMass Memorial Medical Group, Worcester, MA. They will be part of a team of 11 Breast Imagers and 1 Breast Imaging Fellow, working at multiple ACR-designated centers of excellence within a 15-30 mile radius of UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Read a high volume of screening and diagnostic mammograms, dedicated breast ultrasounds, breast MRIs, and interventional procedures.
• Participate in medical student education, health services, and basic science research.
• Utilize state-of-the-art imaging equipment and a fully integrated IT infrastructure.
• Option to work from home one day per week starting in the spring of 2026.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Experience in breast imaging preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Schedule

Full-time breast imaging faculty are allocated 40 non-clinical (academic days) per year.
