Breast Imaging Radiologist

Position Summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imager to join the breast imaging division at the level of an Assistant, Associate, or (Full) Professor, depending on the level of experience. All candidates who have an interest in teaching and being in an academic environment, including candidates with little direct personal academic experience, are welcomed to apply. The ideal candidate will have a record of aspiring towards clinical excellence.

About the Role

The selected candidate will join Dartmouth Health’s 60 radiologists. We are an internationally-known Department with a deep history in the field, beginning with acquiring the first clinically x-ray in the United States in 1896. Since then, we have continued an upward trajectory growing in breadth and depth and expanding our services across New England.

Benefits

• An annual salary range of $578,000 to $606,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic Radiology Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Fellowship-trained or relevant experience with a keen interest in breast imaging
• Must obtain and maintain a medical license in both New Hampshire and Vermont
• The ability to be appointed at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank, depending on experience
• Experience or interest in having a local and/or national reputation of clinical excellence and teaching skill preferred
