What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational and clinical oversight of breast imaging services across Women’s Pavilion, Neosmo, and additional organizational sites.
  • Manage all aspects of the breast imaging program, including mammography, tomosynthesis, and related procedures.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality service delivery.
  • Oversee day to day operations, including workflow optimization, scheduling, staffing coordination, and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Provide leadership and support to lead technologists and quality control staff.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ACR accreditation standards, FDA MQSA regulations, and internal quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams across affiliated locations.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives related to service enhancement, technology advancement, and program sustainability.
  • Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and oversight of equipment selection and capital projects.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, turnaround time, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent the breast imaging program in community outreach, patient education, and partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • ARRT certification in Mammography required; additional breast imaging certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in breast imaging services.
  • Previous leadership or management experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with radiology information systems.
