What You’ll Do
- Provide operational and clinical oversight of breast imaging services across Women’s Pavilion, Neosmo, and additional organizational sites.
- Manage all aspects of the breast imaging program, including mammography, tomosynthesis, and related procedures.
- Ensure consistent, high quality service delivery.
- Oversee day to day operations, including workflow optimization, scheduling, staffing coordination, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Provide leadership and support to lead technologists and quality control staff.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ACR accreditation standards, FDA MQSA regulations, and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams across affiliated locations.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives related to service enhancement, technology advancement, and program sustainability.
- Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and oversight of equipment selection and capital projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, turnaround time, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the breast imaging program in community outreach, patient education, and partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- ARRT certification in Mammography required; additional breast imaging certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in breast imaging services.
- Previous leadership or management experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with radiology information systems.
