Responsibilities
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) / server station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages, bread and butter, etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Qualifications And Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous background from the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial
- Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility
- Will be required to regularly use commercial cleaning chemicals
- Carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Will be required to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
Pay
This is a Part time/seasonal position on-site, with a schedule that may vary- including holidays and weekends, based on the needs of business.
