Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items—including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes—according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
- Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
- Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
- Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership
Qualifications
- Full-Time Year-Round Colleague Benefits Include:

- Requires moderate supervisioMust have active employment authorization to work in the United States
- At least 3 years of previous breakfast line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel kitchen experience is preferred
- Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking techniques
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Requires moderate supervision and training
