About the role

As the Breakfast Attendant at one of our three Northeast Fort Wayne hotels (Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, or Home2 Suites), you will manage inventory, maintain guest relations, and ensure a high-quality breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and order inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar
• Monitor and control expenses related to breakfast operations
• Handle guest relations and recovery in case of complaints
• Set up the breakfast bar before service
• Maintain quality standards throughout breakfast hours
• Restock food and supplies as needed
• Tear down and clean up the breakfast bar after service

Requirements

• Food and beverage experience preferred
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to make fast, sound decisions
• Availability to work mornings and/or weekends
