About the role
We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Cook for our 34-room boutique hotel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present fresh, high-quality breakfast items
- Set up and break down the breakfast area each morning
- Ensure breakfast items remain fully stocked throughout service
- Cook a variety of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests
- Aid in inventory and restocking
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of both the kitchen and breakfast area
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
