Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets.
- Receive and relay customer orders to kitchen staff.
- Clear tables of used cutlery and crockery.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service.
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.
- Prepare for closing each day's breakfast service.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for order entry.
- Attention to detail for maintaining well-stocked buffets.
