Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets
- Ensure the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked
- Receive and relay customer orders to kitchen staff
- Clear tables of cutlery and crockery
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service
