Breakfast Attendant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and ensure they remain well-stocked.
• Receive and relay customer requests to kitchen staff.
• Clear tables and respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality breakfast products.
• Create an impressive breakfast experience for all guests.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables, wipe dining tables, and clean and replenish tabletop condiments.
• Provide information and assistance to hotel guests regarding local and property amenities.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
• Inventory breakfast items regularly and assist in ordering or purchasing as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
• Team player attitude.
