Position Summary
Create a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience by setting up and maintaining food stations, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, and delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving Station Preparation: Prepare the area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
- Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
- Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
