About the role

We’re looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations — a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”)
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided)

Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
