Bread Pan Stacker Op - 2nd Shift

Position Responsibilities

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• When job assignment is SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR:
  • Checks and maintains production schedule.
  • Scales ingredients.
  • Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s).
  • Operates dough pump.
  • Adjusts and operates one pocket and six pocket dividers.
  • Adjusts and operates rounder.
  • Adjusts and operates overhead proofer.
  • Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operator’s preventative maintenance.
  • Ensures that work area is clean and organized.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• When job assignment is WRAPPING OPERATOR:
  • Checks production schedule and verifies product running order.
  • Checks pan count sheet for product quantity.
  • Check production wrap count sheet for bag types.
  • Sets and operates slicer, bagger, and tier equipment.
  • Performs quality control inspection of finished product.
  • Ensures that product is loaded correctly.
  • Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operator’s preventative maintenance.
  • Ensures work area is clean and organized.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• When job assignment is PALLETIZER:
  • Checks production schedule and verifies product running order.
  • Checks to ensure that the proper program is running.
  • Checks pallets, slip sheets, etc. for quantity.
  • Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operator’s preventative maintenance.
  • Ensures work area is clean and organized.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• When job assignment is ROLL LINE OPERATOR, BOARD MONITOR, RETARD BOX MONITOR:
  • Performs similar responsibilities as PALLETIZER.

Essential Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Two years related bakery or production experience preferred.

Salary Range

Competitive salary of $22.25 - $23.40 depending on experience, and an excellent total rewards package.
