Who We're Looking For

We’re selecting 10 motivated young adults (ages 16–21) who are ready to take their first step into the workforce with energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

  • Get hands-on training and build entry-level skills in frontline roles like Event Setup, Housekeeping, Parking, Guest Services, and Banquet Services.
  • Work-based learning (WBL) students are encouraged to apply, and eligible students can earn school credit through this opportunity.

How To Apply

  • Include details about your school involvement, volunteer work, or any experience that shows who you are.
  • Choose one of these questions for your cover letter submission and upload it when prompted:
    1. Why do you want to be part of the Bread for Life Work/Study program, and how do you hope it will impact your future?
    2. How do you think being part of a team helps you grow as a person and a professional?
    3. If you could learn one skill to help you succeed in your first job, what would it be and why?
    4. What interests you about working in hospitality, and what do you hope to learn from this experience?

All applicants offered a position must successfully pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
