Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mill setup and operation
- Proficient in using industrial machinery and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and second shifts
