About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. Works closely with other mechanics and technicians to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks
- Install and service new parts and components as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vehicle needs and concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices through ongoing training and education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills

- Physical ability to perform physical labor
