Position Summary As Brazer, you work with minimal supervision to prepare heat-treated parts and solder connectors and coaxial cables according to product and process specifications. Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or equivalent5 years of soldering experience (specifically with connectors and cables)Experience in reading drawings is essentialGood knowledge of shop mathStrong knowledge of brazing equipment and practice Our core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. Review prints and determine heat-treat requirements based on part dimensionsResolve quality issues by adjusting process parameters to correct discrepanciesSet up and solder components using torches or ovens to assemble partsPrepare parts for heat treatment by crimping or flaring to specificationTrack job time accurately using barcoding or other methods to ensure quality, support cost reduction, and improve productivityClean parts using mild acid or tumbling machinesMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and complying with legal regulations Systems You’ll Use Google Enterprise ERP (Visual)ADP Pay Transparency Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, plus incentive compensation.
