Braze Technician On the Training Pay

Job Summary

The BRAZE TECHNICIAN position at RIVERSIDE, located in Eau Claire, WI, requires a High School Diploma/GED equivalent. This role offers a base pay of $18 per hour with an additional 17% shift pay for weekend days.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Finisher as needed.
• Safely clean components using a braze cleaning line while adhering to safety protocols.
• Able to spank fin and cut foils.
• Use hardness tester equipment and download data.
• Use setup sheets to properly fixture braze parts.
• Capable of loading and unloading ovens.
• Ensure quality of brazing by checking for flaws and non-conformities and taking corrective action.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Understands blueprint dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish calls.
