Braze Cell Robotic Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our automated brazing cell operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable production performance
• Implement process improvements
• Support the integration of robotic systems with external manufacturing equipment and software platforms

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience programming and troubleshooting FANUC robots, including Tool Handling applications
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, and HMI development/troubleshooting
• Experience integrating robotic systems with PLCs, HMIs, and external manufacturing equipment
• Working knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical controls, automation systems, and robotics
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Experience supporting automated brazing, welding, or thermal processing equipment
• Experience with Ignition SCADA and SQL Server database administration or development
• Knowledge of manufacturing recipe management and data collection systems
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and industrial automation integration
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be adaptable to a changing work environment and competing demands
