We’re seeking a silent hero: a Bar Back who ensures every detail behind the scenes makes the guest experience memorable. From spotless glassware to fresh ingredients and well-stocked bottles, your efficiency and attention to detail keep the bar running smoothly while working seamlessly with bartenders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, and bar top cleanliness
- Anticipate and restock items during shifts to prevent shortages
- Understand bar equipment and troubleshoot issues (e.g., low CO₂ in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys)
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas: bar top, back bar, waste bins, and floors
- Develop thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, aligning with brand vision and quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience highly preferred
- Proactive and detail-oriented demeanor
