About the role
The Branded Merchandise Specialist supports the day-to-day coordination of quotes and orders for promotional products. This on-site position is based at our headquarters near Truist Park in northwest Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Complete project management from inception to delivery
- Research promotional products
- Provide customer service and vendor communication
- Write purchase orders, determine product markups, and prepare quotes
- Field and manage pricing and estimating requests
- Place orders, coordinate proof approvals, and consult on projects
- Complete all necessary internal paperwork for orders
- Offer consultative and creative ideas to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2- or 4-year college degree
- 0 to 2 years of promotional product and/or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software
- Expert attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
