Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed prompts and gold-standard brand/strategy outputs (briefs, frameworks, messaging, GTM plans) to guide AI learning.
  • Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve strategic rigor, clarity, brand alignment, and practical usefulness.
  • Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, hallucinated claims, bias, and brand-risk issues; validate reliability across industries and audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting, or integrated marketing strategy (agency or in-house).
  • Strong command of positioning and messaging (value prop, proof points, objections, narrative, and tone adaptation).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer insights (qual/quant research interpretation, personas/JTBD, segmentation).
  • Strong strategic reasoning: translating ambiguous goals into clear strategy, prioritization, and measurable choices.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve deliverables such as brand briefs, messaging hierarchies, campaign concepts, creative strategy, and GTM plans.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when spotting weak logic, unsupported claims, misaligned tone, or risky assertions; minimum C1 English proficiency.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
  • Previous experience with AI data training/annotation, editorial QA, strategy ops, or content review workflows is strongly preferred.
