About the role

EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab, seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join its team in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role involves conducting on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to protect clients' brands and delight their guests.
  • Identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
  • Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Utilize iPads, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for efficient planning and essential job functions.
  • Support company growth initiatives and client growth.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines during operational visits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
  • Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business field preferred.
  • Multilingual (Spanish and French preferred).
  • Advanced consultative skills, strong customer service, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, juggle tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good judgment, superior decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
