About the Role

The Brand Specialist position supports Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers by achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity with a work schedule that varies monthly based on brands’ needs and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of beauty retail experience
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
• Must be available on weekends
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
