About the Role
The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and delivers exceptional guest service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment. This role reports to Store Leadership and focuses on achieving individual sales goals that support overall store performance.
Responsibilities
- People:
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Acknowledge, interact with, and build relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
- Consistently receive positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
- Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
- Treat others fairly, with respect, and without judgment; support an inclusive environment.
- Act as a positive role model for fellow sales associates.
- Process:
- Complete opening/closing procedures and assigned tasks with a guest-focused approach.
- Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain store organization.
- Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, including handling cash and providing change.
- Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to protect company assets.
- Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
- Assist in inventory preparation.
- Report to work as scheduled, record time accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
- Presentation:
- Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays.
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
- Represent the brand by adhering to dress and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting.
- May occasionally climb ladders or stairs depending on location.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
