Brand Representative

About the role

The Brand Representative is a part-time, on-site role located in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on the sales floor
• Deliver attentive customer service and create a welcoming, inclusive experience
• Share product knowledge
• Maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising and fitting room activities
• Promote brand awareness by authentically communicating the company’s mission, values, and giving initiatives
• Represent the brand’s style and standards
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Handle transactions with care
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening
• Brand ambassadorship and brand awareness skills
• Reliability in schedule adherence, teamwork, and professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is beneficial
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic cash-handling
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
