Brand Rep - Audits, Merchandising and Quality Control

About the role

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution - Begin each initial visit with an audit, move into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transition into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes - Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting - Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.

Qualifications

• A friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• A high attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions.
• Additional travel incentive added to every store visit.
• Independent contractor (1099) position offering excellent supplemental income.

• Store visits scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit (total store count/monthly hours will vary by market).
