About the role

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand.

Responsibilities

  • Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
  • Visit Execution - Begin each initial visit with an audit, move into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transition into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
  • Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
  • Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.

Requirements

  • Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
  • Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
  • Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
  • Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with mobile reporting tools.
