Brand Rep - Audits, Merchandising and Quality Control

About the role

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in‑store retail audits, merchandising, and quality‑control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, performing recurring in‑store visits to evaluate product presentation, ensure brand visibility, and maintain a well‑kept brand presence. Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with the total number of stores varying by market. This is a highly flexible, supplemental‑income opportunity with immediate start dates available upon certification.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Begin each initial visit with an audit, follow up to resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real‑time data and photos.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail, professional demeanor, and reliability.
• Tech‑savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Pay

Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions. An additional travel incentive is added to every store visit.
